Error The credential store has no valid master key passwords at startup

Hello All,

We are having this error in the log file:

IdcApp: The credential store has no valid master key passwords for the password entries that expect them. This credential store

will be treated as an invalidly configured solution. To fix this, all passwords in the .../config/private directory will have to be deleted and

new passwords generated. Any existing passwords that are stored by the server will have to be reentered. stack trace

Do you know what's the reason and how to solve it ?

Could it have negative impact or can we ignore the message ?
