Are there any changes in the application behavior(Scrolling through recordset) in Siebel 22.6 patch?

We had noticed a behavior in the Siebel CRM versions prior to 22.6 which is not seen anymore post 22.6 upgrade.

We were able to scroll through the next and previous set of records in any list applet before 22.6 version just by mouse scroll. After 22.6 patch, we see that we need to explicitly click on the navigation buttons to move to the next or previous set of records in a list.

Please let us know if this feature has been excluded from the patch or are there any extra configurations that needs to be done to get that feature back?
