Where to find the opt-in/opt-out preferences for a customer

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello all,

the table HZ_CONTACT_PREFERENCES can track the opt in or opt out preferences for customers. However I cannot find this in the Party of Customer WebPages.

We have the need to opt out a customer for email communication.

We also want to flag this customer so that we don't contact him over and over again to obtain his email address.

What is the best place to capture this information? I hope there is a standard field available. Alternative is a flexfield I guess
