DRP issue: PO quantity is larger than SO quantity.

This is related to DRP issue of some PO quantity is much bigger than demand. As per some findings below for the problem of item, I have found that the DRP program has bug in the situation below:

1) When the SO was created for the Qty 100. After that the DRP ran and message will appear with qty=100. Then after that user processes the message, a OC Order was created with qty=100. Then OCSC user will run report to make it frozen.

2) Another scenario SO was created with the same Request date as the last SO. Qty is 10. After DRP Run, new Message will appear. But it's qty is not 10, it's 100+10. After user processes this message. A new OC order was created with qty=110.
