OTM/E1 Integration for 23A update

in Integration Technologies - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Has anyone done successful integration w/Oracle Transport Management system (OTM) with JDE 9.1 for OTM 23A update? We are trying to make the OTM XML schema changes as per the 23A requirements but as soon as we put the OTM url's, JDE UBE is failing out with a generic error of 'Failed to create XML' w/o any further details.

We have added following URLs. We got this schema from OTM under 'Generate XML Template'
