With reference to Oracle July 2002 patches and the following vulnerability CVE-2020-35169, it has been listed that it is easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via TCPS to compromise Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition. Could you please confirm this is applicable for TCP as well?
