Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Calling all ASM experts - We are facing the issue of ASM disk header corruption on RAC 12cr1 (12.1.0.2 on RHEL 7.1).

I have simple questions, as follows:

What are the all possible reasons of ASM disk header corruption ?
Can ASM Disk header corrupt due drop of the interconnect network ?
