Need a script to load into FND_FLEX_VALUES and FND_FLEX_VALUE_NORM_HIERARCHY tables

Hi,

We need to upload a Cost Centers values and its Hierarchy in the FND_FLEX_VALUES and FND_FLEX_VALUE_NORM_HIERARCHY tables. I need a script to load data into above two tables. Has anyone used any script to load Cost Center value and its hierarchy by using API's.
