Hi Team,

Need an expert advice wrt IFRS acounting in the books of landlord for property lease contracts.

How to recognise equal (daily or monthly) rental revenue over the period of contract tenure irrespective of the actual billings of the year. Is there any setup option available in property manager to cater to this requirement or if not which Oracle module could be used.
