This is the error in the standby alert log while trying to start the mrp on the standby

oracle database version "12.1.0.2.0"

Errors in file /opt/oracle/diag/rdbmspr00_86093.trc:/

ORA-38884: Cannot shrink data file +DATAC1/data.1401.944411035 on standby database due to guaranteed restore points.

there is a restore point with guarantee also which is enabled ,but there is ample space(2TB) in the FRA ,wat could be the fix this scenario
