User cannot access using Linux Redhat Enterprise 7.9 and FireFox 91.10esr

Recently updated to  JDE E1 9.2.4.6; users pages will not render after logging into JDE. It is like the pages are "frozen". User cannot even log out. User allows pop-ups and cleared caches in Firefox. We have not heard of any other users with this issue.
