Does Applying EBS Oracle CPU/PSU patches impact ADI functionalities?

Hello,

Recently we applied April CPU/PSU patches in our environment and started seeing ADI issues resulting in blank screens, downloading in excel was not possible causing some downtimes. Thankfully we were able to catch the issues during the testing phases and have delayed our Production patching until we get a satisfactory answer. Has anyone encountered this in their patching efforts.

EBS version : 12.2.1

DB version: 12c
