Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. On which stage the expenditure created from commitment

Hi All,

Please assist, can the expenditure created when the AP invoice in on hold due to quantity?

We have few projects. they are no recorded as commitments because the AP invoices are created but not receipted.

I was under the impression that the expenditure gets created as soon as the AP is created, it does not check the invoice status. Please help.
