Prior Period Asset Retirement Obligation Accretion

I am looking for information on how I can get the system to create Prior Period Accretion journals. I put the measurement date on the ARO Measurement page as Dec 31, 2021 and the accounting date as May 31, 2022. The Accretion schedule is populated as expected (starting at Jan 1, 2022) but the corresponding journal entries are not created.

I have added a value 'PAP' to the Maintain Translate Values . I have looked at the Transaction types on the Asset Management Installation Options and do not see anything allowing for Prior Accretion. is this more of a customized approach?

I am hoping to have the the prior period accretion created to match the accretion schedule and work like the prior period depreciation. Any assistance in getting this set up is greatly appreciated.
