How do stop a Quickpay from skipping an LTD Employee?

The employee is on Long Term Disability and is retiring, so he needs to receive his PTO returns this check date 29-JUL-2022. However the Quickpay process skips the employee. What do I need to change so that a Quickpay won't skip this employee?
