Can I upgrade Database from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.4 as a patch or is it a full upgrade?

Hi,


We have a Oracle Database 11g, v 11.2.0.1 on IBM AIX 7.1 64-bit.

I need to upgrade it to v 11.2.0.4 in order to install the patch for bug #23089357.

Can this minor version upgrade be applied like a patch update or will I need to go through the full version upgrade procedure with a new ORACLE_HOME, etc.?
