Why Are The Header Fields Blank in the P09131 When I Inquire on a G/L Bank Account?

I inquire on a G/L Bank account that loads unreconciled transactions in the grid and all of the header fields are grayed out and blank - Through Date, Outstanding Debits, Outstanding Credits, Book Value, Amount to Reconcile even though when I extract the F0911R & the F0911 and check the F0902, I can see and quantify the values that tie to the R09200P.

I know there is a bug whereby if you inquire on an account and the header loads and then inquire on another account the values do not change and I do have that for some accounts. But for two specific accounts the header values stay blank and grayed out.
