Advanced Preference Schedule vs. Advanced Pricing Schedule

I have an advanced preference schedule (CHBAP) to populate the F4211.LOB using the value from F03012.AC06 and to populate the F4211.UPC3 with the value from F03012.AC13.

I have base pricing setup for the items.

I also have an adjustment schedule (ZONE1) that gets BRACKET (delivered pricing).

The advanced preference schedule fires but not the ZONE1 adjustment schedule so I'm getting base price but need base price + Bracket pricing.
