One View G/L Query Manager

Hello Team,

When I try to access One View G/L application (P09219) and try to create a query via query manager, in the drop down of option for 'Set Special Value' we are getting 'Login User ID' option. When click 'Ok' on it we are still unable to enter the values.

Please find the attached screenshot in the document. Not sure why we are unable to select any values and asking for Logins.
