Oracle BRM12 Server Clone from AWS EC2 AMI Backup

Hi,

We are going to install BRM 12, BIP 12c, and oracle database on single RHEL Linux server which is an AWS EC2 instance. Please note this is just on prem installation in AWS EC2 and not an cloud native.

To save time, we were planning to take the AMI backup of installed and ready BRM DEV server and create a new BRM SIT Server instance.

Can anyone tell if this is technically feasible option considering below prerequisites:

  1. I will retain same port numbers and passwords of BRM processes
  2. AWS EC2 hostnames are different.
  3. I will ensure to test first the source BRM Server if BRM is able to process data.

Howdy, Stranger!
