SLS config on z/OS 2.3

We have device D101, which is shared DASD among several systems. Monoplex and sysplex. We get alert IOS071I () D101 ** *MASTER* START PENDING very frequently. SLS resides on that device (D101) . 

In the GRS configuration, there is this definition for STK

Could you, please, advise, if this settings is correct ? 

We have opened case to IBM , they advised to check RMF config, but the IOS071 message still comes. But as SLS resides on this shared volume, we would like to ask you for advise.
