GI upgrade from 12cR1 to 19cRU14

Hello

In our environment we currently have 12.1.0.2 GI running on RHEL 7.7. We will be upgrading o/s to 7.9 followed by GI upgrade to 19c RU14.

The question I have are as below:

are there any known bugs introduced by RHEL 7.9 (kernel-3.10.0-1160.11.1.el7.x86_64) when GI is 12.1.0.2 (12.1.0.2.200714), cluster active patch level is [1292113049]...?
do I need to apply any patches to 12cR1 GI home prior to upgrading o/s to 7.9?
If someone can guide me to the documentation where I can find out known issues or known bugs with specific release of o/s corresponding to a specific Oracle release.
