Advisor gives ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row

When I run the utilities Advisor in one of our Apex (21.2.4) applications, I get "ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row". This also happens when I run this for a single page.

It only happens in one specific application.

Do you have any idea how I can solve this?
