Document Saving and Downloading with Special Characters

We are using ‘Oracle Agile PLM for Process’ | Version 6.2.2.

When I save a document to my desktop, it will save as a "Get Document". I then need to rename the file and upload back into the system. It is believed that the issue is that the file contains special characters. If a file does not have a special character, the save will keep the doc name. Internet Explorer did not have this issue. But my enterprise has switched to only using Chrome and Edge and IE has been disabled. Do you know of a way to save documents with special characters and not have to rename them in Oracle
