Unable to Display Icons in Forms 12c (12.2.1.4) using JWS

Hi all,

I have been hitting my head with icons in forms 12c.

I am trying to use Java Web Start (JWS).

icons Jar file (arl_icons.jar) is created, signed and entered in extensions.jnlp. but still no luck.

Following is my tag in formsweb.cfg:
