PRC: Interface Supplier Costs shows the exception

Hi,

When I run the PRC: Interface Supplier Costs program, I see the below exception under Supplier Cost Interface Exceptions. The exception is "Functional raw cost amount is missing".

I have queried the Expenditure Type associated with the invoice and can see that, the "Rate Required" flag is unchecked.

What is the troubleshot to fix this exception.
