X7-2 exadata storage cell "No service" is on

Dear all,

I am having this wired problem with the Exadata, few days back we found "No service" LED was on on all the Cell nodes (x3). The storage is configured with High redundancy and out of 5 voting disks 2 were missing. With oracle support we cleaned all the disks and add them back and for a 2 days the LEDs were off but to comeback after 3 days. Still we are sttrugalling to find why this is happening, any help is appreciated. The system info as below, please let me know what would you need.
