Required Clarification regarding AR_Grouping_Rule,

can grouping rule can be set as this --- One SO having 2 delivery and Acceptance date is the same for 2 delivery also, in this case, need to create a single invoice, if delivery Acceptance date is different in this case 2 invoice need to be created. can we create grouping rules like this?
