19c how to duplicate just a PDB from a backup not having an auxiliary instance

From 19c it is possible to duplicate a pdb from an active source database using a database link , is it possible to do the same from a backup set without using an interim database an having to unplug the pdb from auxiliary and to plug after into the target database ?
