RMAN configuration change history

Can we track or find how and when the RMAN configuration was changed, reason for this request is to find how the configuration for "ARCHIVELOG DELETION POLICY" changed from "TO APPLIED ON ALL STANDBY" to "TO BACKED UP 1 TIMES TO 'DISK'". Because of this issue we had issue on PROD side accumulating ARCHIVES and then PROD froze.


Any dynamic views or RC_* catalog objects which we can track?
