Memory ( Shared / PGA ) is not released
The current statuses are as follows.

A 3rd party application generates the following error.
A ticket/Service Request has already been created for this error ( ORA-07445 [JOM_UNAME()+21] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x740838008] [PC:0x4F97ED5] [Address not mapped to object] ) and has been in progress for a long time.
At the same time, the Linux server administrators found that shared memory is no longer released.
How is it expressed? Server memory gets full & full until the server is about to crash.
How can one approach the problem from Oracle's side?
There is AWR and growth is shown in PGA AWR History, but individual sessions with increased memory consumption cannot be seen here.
