Migrate from RHEL7 to RHEL8 in 19c RAC Enviroment

Hey there,

i have a 3 node RAC Cluster of 19c on RHEL7. Now I want to upgrade to RHEL8. My first thought is to take one node out of the cluster, upgrade it and add it back into the cluster.

Is it possible to upgrade each node to RHEL8 in a rolling fashion? Can the other cluster nodes communicate with the new RHEL8 node? Have anybody experience with it?
