Upgrade of disk firmware

We have a 2540-M2 disk array storage. We had replaced one of the disks from the storage and now we have following message on CAM

Tray.xxDrive.yy is at revision "B" baseline version is "A"

I found this article where B is higher than A (Doc ID 1338039.1)

But what about when B is lower than A?

Is there a procedure to upgrade the Disk Firmware?
