Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Our new Oracle is 19C but our data are in Orale 11.2

The CHARACTER SET in Oracle 11 is WE8MSWIN1252

We want to change the CHARACTER SET in Oracle 19C to UTF8

I can find the DMU 19(verson 19) in Oracle DOWNLOAD site, but I can't find a DMU download llink that points to DMU 2.1.

Need to know where is the DMU 2.1 download link
