How to resolve a preflight printer hardware error during startup in Xstore?

In Japan, we are receiving a Preflight Printer Hardware error during startup. At this time the printer is working as expected. The receipt tape feeds and prints successfully. Not sure why this error is appearing or how to fix it.


Running Xstore- V19.0.2 with Linux.
