Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manger Data Report cann't Clean Concurrent Process

Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manger Data Report cann't Clean Concurrent Process. All other data is clean. But Concurrent Process (FND_CONCURRENT_PROCESSES) table is not purge. I also check the table data is still in the table and also shows in the Purgin/Critical Activities.
