SM Agent is not show in SM Console

Team,

We have successfully installed SM Agent in server but Agent is not show in SM Console. We are getting below issue.


FINER: Unable to communicate with the management server 'servername' on port '14501'. This is normal if the management server is not running. Will try again in 30 seconds; Exception: Received fatal alert: protocol_version.
