How do I setup the Product Source and the Source Reference fields in Projects?

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

We would like to track the funding of projects In EBS 12.2.7 on a 11.2.0.4 database. We have identified there is a Product Source and Source Reference field in the task detail when setting up the project however, it is masked. How do I unmask the field? How do I create a new product sources? Is the source reference used in conjunction to the product source? Dose the funding source follow the project into Fixed Assets.
