EM fails to start in new install of SOA Suite 12.2.1.4?
I am running SOASuite 12.2.1.4 on Windows Server (2016 Datacenter) in a Microsoft Azure environment.
Using URL for EM, http://localhost:7001/em. Login form appears and I enter credentials, EM reports a successful login and loads targets, then switches to blank page with URL localhost:7001/em/faces/helppages/errorPage.jspx.
I use 6 managed servers (bam, ess, mft, osb, soa, ums). I can run the Admin Console successfully, this problem is with the Enterprise Mangager (em). Additionally I noticed sbconsole produces the same blank error page and mftconsole does not appear to be a known url (http://localhost:7004/mftconsole).
Note, replaced domain names and/or IP addresses in above URLs with 'localhost'. I've tried all combinations of naming to insure this is not a DNS issue.
