Regarding 2746667.1 "It is advised to change the Data wedge setting for Scanner."

We are trying to use Opticon ring scanner with xstore mobile v20 and we are seeing an issue where items are not being scanned unless user first clicks on the item entry field on xstore mobile app.

Based on 2746667.1, it was advised to change the Data wedge setting for Scanner.

But, can you advise which connection mode to be used? Can you advise on the preferred connection mode (such as Bluetooth SPP or Bluetooth low energy) or if there are additional characters (like 'Tabs' or 'Line feeds') that need to be sent after the barcode data?
