Unable to access Essbase via Web Interface or EAS in Essbase 21.3

Asking to see if anyone can help with this issue I'm having with the configuration of Essbase 21.3.


We are installing Essbase 21.3 on a Windows Server and have run the configuration with no issues to this point, that's so say Essbase is installed and seemingly configured OK on a Windows O/S and MS SQL Server.


We can log into WebLogic fine, however cannot access EAS (with the user we set up during the config). We are also unable to log into Essbase via the Web Interface, getting this message ‘You are not authorized to access this page’.


We have only set up the one user to this point during the installation process.
