PO Rollover Encum Open stuck Pending status

Hello,

I'm looking for some assistance from the community on why the PO Rollover process, following the specific instructions for Encum Open, the PO Roll status still says pending. It also didn't reset the budget status so will not allow new FY budget check (comes back in warning status).

I have multiple clients who are trying to complete the PO Rollover status, only one of which has selected the option to do Encum Open. This seems like a simpler process but we ran it completely through together yesterday yet when we go back in today, it still shows all those POs in pending status we run a new PO Roll View.
