"[DBT-50000] Unable to check available system memory" while installing Oracle 21c XE on Win 10

I downloaded the file OracleXE213_Win64.zip and ran setup.exe on my windows 10 machine. Made sure I've administrator privilege.

The install process threw an error asking to check the log file while it was installing Database step.

Please find attached log for details.


Can someone review and throw some light on this.
