How do you update P3003 when a Work Center business unit name is changed?

If a Work Center Description (name) is changed in P0006, how can the description field in all P3003 Routings, that use that Work Center, also get updated?

We have multiple Routes that use the same Work Center, where the description name has changed. Is there a job that can be run, to update all of them at the same time, to the new description? P0006 is already changed to the new description.

Any help or advice is gratefully received.
