Does Smart View 22.100 need to have IE timeout settings configured

The new release is not supposed to be dependent on IE but the health check still has the three timeout settings:

KeepAlive Timeout

Receive Timeout

Serverinfo Timeout

I have not seen anything on whether they need to be set or not. Was the interface just not removed or is that still an issue with Smart View that needs to be addressed.
