Essbase 21.3 Set up for LDAPS on Windows

We've installed Essbase 21.3 (Windows) and have successfully added our MSAD (non-ssl) into Weblogic. We now want to enable it for SSL using our CA certificates.

Been reading through this section in the install guide:

Secure Your Communication and Network (oracle.com)

But it's a bit confusing. Which parts do we need to actually do?

Is it just this section?

Configure Certificates based on CA User Certificates (oracle.com)
