FORM EXTENSION association to an ORCHESTRATION

E1 = 9.2 , TR = 9.2.5.4

Hi

Has anyone experienced a problem where :

1) You create a FORM EXTENSION , Associated it to ORCHESTRATION(A) and push it to PD.

2) A few weeks later , do some changes to the ORCHESTRATON (A) , test it in DV and all works great.

3) Move the changed ORCHESTRATION (A) into PY via a project and the FORM EXTENSION appears to not be recognizing the Changes in ORCHESTRATION (A) .

4) If I manually kick off the changed ORCHESTRATION (A) via ORCHESTRATOR STUDIO, the PROCESS works 100% as expected.

Thoughts ?
