Failed to deploy package to a newly added Enterprise server

Hi,

We are at JDE 9.2 TR:9.2.6.3. When have total 10 Enterprise servers, Now I have addedd a new new Enterprise server. Submitted a Full Build by select 1 Enterprise server and deployed to all the 11 Servers. All the servers it got deployed but for the newly created server it didn;t depoloy.

In the debug log:
