Return in store for an order not delivered to the customer
Hello,
We are using Oracle Retail Order Broker version 18.0.0
It was done an oder in the store (Xstore version 17.0.0) with delivery to the customer.
In the Central Distribution Warehouse they found out the item has not inventory and it cannot be sent to the customer.
The customer received a message to go in the store for his / her refund .
In the store they were not able to do the return only as a blind return.
My question is : what status should have this order in Order Broker to be possible to do its return (to recognize its items by scanning the barcode) in store ?
