How can we check the concurrent program defination history in EBS R12.2.10

We recently observed some of the concurrent program schedules behaving differently even though when we schedule to run it immediately the parent program completes immediately but the child requests are going to run it is next day. Trying to find out if is there any way we can find out the history of the concurrent program definition related to enabling and disabling concurrent programs. We are not able to find the history of the concurrent program details from fnd_concurrent_programs.
